Located in a fishing community on Galveston Island, Gulf Runner Charters offers individuals or corporate parties the opportunity to challenge themselves to an amazing offshore fishing experience like no other.  Our goal is to give you the most enjoyable day on the water that you can imagine.  Whether you are seeking a day of some adventure and action or a relaxing, no pressure day of fishing we can accommodate those needs. 

You will be aboard the “Hull Raiser” which is a 35-foot custom built all aluminum boat with twin diesel engines.  It has an air-conditioned cab that sleeps four and is equipped with state of the art electronics.  It also has a T-top over a roomy cockpit to get out of the sun. 


Captain Buddy Kantowski and Captain Rick McGaffey have combined 50 years of experience fishing in the Gulf off the coast of Galveston, Texas.  Their expertise and knowledge will be there to assist you with any questions or help you may need.  Both of them are USCG licensed captains.
